Accomodation

As well as studying the language you should get to know your host country and its people.

MLC offers a choice of accommodation: you may stay with a host family, in youth hostel, self-catering apartment or hotel.

Homestays
The quality of your accommodation is very important. Staying with a host family is an ideal way to practice your Russian. Our carefully selected host families offer friendly, comfortable surrounding in which you can experience what life is really like in Moscow.

Our host families are carefully chosen by our Accommodation officer.

You can expect:

A single room
No other person of the same mother tongue in the house
Somewhere for you to study quietly
Breakfast and Evening meal from Monday to Friday and full-board at weekends
Light laundry

Youth Hostel
Single, twin and multi bedded rooms are available in Youth hostel situated in walking distance from Moscow Linguistic Center. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared, rooms are cleaned regularly and bed linen is changed every week.

Self-catering apartment
Apartments are located across Moscow. Apartments offer all essential facilities to the independent students.

Hotels
We are happy to advise you on many different types of hotel close to our school and make booking at the hotel of your choice.

MLC Social Programme
Whatever your interests or lifestyle, we will find an appropriate and enjoyable activity for you. Half and full day excursions, museum and gallery visits, theatre outings are regular features of our programme.

Welfare
Our Administration staff are able to help you with any medical or dental appointments you might need or with any problems which might occur whilst you are away from home.

We can arrange medical insurance for you, but we strongly advise to take out full travel insurance before you depart.
